Epidemiological characteristics of MRSA isolates

All 81 MRSA isolates included in this study underwent phenotypic confirmation. Among these isolates, 55 were confirmed by VITEK2, with 54 testing positive on the cefoxitin screen and having an oxacillin MIC ≥ 4 mg/L, while one isolate was cefoxitin-negative with an oxacillin MIC of 0.5 mg/L.
