The Embassy of Bangladesh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marked Independence and National Day 2026 with due dignity, underscoring the nation’s heritage and the expatriate community’s ongoing contributions.
Ambassador Md Delwar Hossain inaugurated the programme by hoisting the national flag to the national anthem. He, along with embassy officials and staff, later placed a wreath at the temporary memorial. Various Bangladeshi community organisations in Riyadh also paid tribute by laying flowers at the memorial.
