Riyadh – Saudi Telecom Company (stc) has sold vacant land spanning 4.10 million square metres in Al Khobar city at a total value of SAR 1.37 billion.
Hasan Abdulrahman Almusleh Alqahtani purchased the land plot at a price of SAR 336 per square metre, according to a bourse disclosure.
Located in Al Murjan area in South Al Aziziah district, the asset’s book value amounted to SAR 82 million.
